This month we really tear apart what the numbers are telling us. Here's the bottom line: Homes in Washington county are selling. Homes that are priced right sell faster, homes that aren't priced well take a long time to sell and lower the price to land in the realm of what is selling. The sky's not falling, neither is our market, but we have had an accelerated inventory build up for several months now and market times are longer.
