Marketing 101 For Real Estate

The National Association of Realtor's has done exhausting research on the patterns followed by today's home buyers. A summary of their conclusion: "98% of all home searches start online and Realtor's have no more than 10-15 seconds to captivate a buyer's interest, causing them to click on to the next image, click onto a featured video or call for further action."  With that said there is a very concise presentation and sequence that crater's namely to women who start upwards of 70% of the searches.  Over the past 20 years we've studied and refined this down to a science. That's why we've been able to sell so many homes that had been previously listed by other Realtors that didn't sell.  It all boils down to enticement; our job is to get people to visit our listings in person. Once they are in the home or property it becomes a combined effort of the property owner setting the stage right, soft music, all lights on, all window coverings open, etc. and our professional staging touches that set the tone to encourage the offers to come in. Here are some recent examples of our work:

Web-landing pages are websites made specifically for homes to be showcased while we are able to track the sources of inbound traffic as well as click-through's to links on the page and ultimately receive an inbound inquiry via phone, text, email or web inquiry form.

This type of web-landing page works well to showcase a specific property while showing what else is available in it's class. We use this strategy to highlight a property that is "Best in its Class" by using a Featured Property video.
